About who needs care: Had a stroke 8 yrs ago, communicates better in Spanish but understands both English and Spanish. Enjoys painting, watching the news and series. Her three children visit daily. During the day she paints, reads the newspaper, etc. She enjoys having the occasional lunch out and do some shopping. She fell and broke four ribs and lacerated her spleen but recovered fully. Job would require overnight stays some times. About the care needs: Fluent in English and able to communicate in Spanish is essential. Hard working, team-player, engaging, kind. Interested in current affairs and culture. Able to drive a plus. Set up and keep up with doctors appointments. Willing to work together with another home aide.
