My mom is currently in the hospital being treated for uncontrolled diabetes and malnutrition. While she does not have a formal diagnosis, she has dementia and is not able to remember to eat or take her medicines. She is being transferred to a subacute rehab soon but will need in-home care when she returns. We are hoping to find someone who can come for a couple of hours in the morning and a couple in the evening 7 days a week in NYC. Although we are able to be flexible for the right person if they are not able to do split shifts. Please let me know if this seems like something you may be interested in.
