Companion Care Needed For My Father

I am looking for a responsible person to take my father to a Dr appointment if I am unable to do it. My father is 87 years old and has Parkinson's. He currently uses a walker. I'm looking for someone who will transport him to the doctor and go right into the waiting room with him and when he's done, transport him back home.
