Hello there! I have a 99-year-old grandmother with diabetes and dementia. She slips in an out of the dementia, but has recently had a very difficult time with mobility and self care. She could also use companionship. She's cooperative (unless she's really out of it, then she is difficult to communicate with, understandably), but she's an overall funny and pleasant woman. We have a full household with her daughter Joanne and her husband, myself and my 9-year-old son, and our dog. Her care is becoming difficult for my parents due to age. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Assistance with medication is needed. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction.
