Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Middle Island

About who needs care: unable to walk. Needs help getting washed, dressed and out of bed transferred to wheel chair in morning from 8:00am-10:00 a.m. Needs help getting back into bed and changed in the afternoon. 3:30pm-5:30 p.m. Lives at home with here husband but he is having difficulty with bed/wheel chair transfers 7 days per week. About the care needs: Someone who is patient, caring and is able to tranport a 150lb woman from bed to wheelchair and wheelchair to bed with minimal help from the patient. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
