Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Merrick

Seeking hands-on care in Merrick for my mother in her 60s who recently had a stroke. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping (cleaning counter, sweeping floors). Some help may be needed for dressing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation and helping her get up and move around, as well as walk to the bathroom (walker). Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
