About who needs care: Mom 89 has neuromuscular disease, neuropathy, congenital heart failure, obesity, a fib. and is incontinent. Uses a wheelchair and walker at times. Affecting ADL Dad 92, diagnosed with Parkinson's. Mainly affect his walking and cognition. Has poor memory. Affecting ADL . About the care needs: Need to be able to give mom a bed bath. Be able to understand and communicate well in English. Be able to prepare meals and shop if needed. I do shopping on weekends. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
