Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Mechanicville

About who needs care: Alzheimers disease (later stage), aggressive (physical and verbal), will no longer shower, will not go to any doctor appointments, is at home with my Dad only. Very private people with extreme pride and stubbornness. My Dad wants to keep her home, but he is quickly wearing down emotionally and physically. I have no idea how to bring in some help for them, but they truly need it. My Dad is very open to the idea - but my mother will fight it with every ounce of her being. Please help. About the care needs: Female, nursing degree, extensive experience working with agitated Alzheimers patients. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
