About the job
We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Massapequa. 6'1 male, 200lb 85-year-old. Need someone strong, with the ability to assist getting my father up from a seated position. Ideally looking for someone to come be available in the morning for get-up / dress / possible bathroom assistance and transportation to nearby office. Afternoon hours would include picking him up from office , safely transport him home, assist in changing and getting him comfortable for bed. Head is still there, but very weak in the joints and body. Cannot lift themselves at all. needs assistance getting up from seated position, some bathroom assistance, and changing / dressing for the day. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable around 3 small dogs.
