Seeking Senior Care Provider In Marathon: We are looking for caregivers who are calm, attentive, kind, patient and have a good sense of humor. Mom's favorite sayings are "laughter is the best medicine" or, "If we couldn't laugh, it would be a dull world!" Companion, hands-on care needs: light housekeeping, meal prep, bathroom, bathing, and mobility support with just a bit extra needed in personal care. Important - we have a solid care plan and checklist in place to guide and monitor her daily care protocols. Mom receives in-home PT weekly and loves outings. Preferences for a caregiver who has experience navigating care of those with memory loss/ dementia, reliable transportation, is a non-smoker, comfortable with her dog and CPR / first-aid trained. This could easily be a live-in position for a larger shift block.
