About who needs care: Deaf, bad knees limits mobility to a scooter or electric wheelchair. Big fan of local college sports teams and professional baseball and football. Up around 9 and cleans up, dresses, eats cereal. Lunch in the dining room at 11:30. Afternoon on computer, goes through mail, pays bills, watches tv, does some exercises. Dinner at 5 p.m. Post dinner activity similar to afternoon. Gets ready for bed 10 p.m. Goes to bed at 11 p.m. About the care needs: Patience with his hearing - we use a whiteboard - and patience in general important. Good listener. Sports fan is nice. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
