Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Liverpool

I need a hands-on care provider for my father in his 80s. He has dementia, diabetes, and kidney failure He can't walk due to a stroke. Experience with managing medication is required. Also ideally meal prep, transport using step and stand machine, help with dialysis (we can train), and light housekeeping. Looking for help ideally on weekends. Ideally a couple hours in the morning and a couple hours at night. Also open to weekday evenings a couple days a week. Thank you!
