Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Latham

I need a care provider with experience to help my 28-year-old son with Cerebral Palsy. He is in power wheelchair. He is verbal and high functioning. He lives with mom part time in Round Lake and in Latham with dad part time. Care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Medication management is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
