About who needs care: My son is an adult with developmental disabilities. We are looking for someone who is willing to spend time with him and take him out and about to work on socialization skills. He enjoys things like going out to lunch, going to the movies and hanging out at the library to do puzzles, read and play card games. About the care needs: The ideal person should be patient and understand he needs tasks broken down to help him to understand expectations. He is not able to drive, so he relies on others to get him around. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
