Will need some shopping for groceries, checking his mail, driving to doctor appointments thing like that so hours may vary. He may be able to drop down to a couple days a week once stabilized. About the care needs: Must be patient and kind and not condescending. He want people to respect the way he does things and not tell him what to do.
