Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Huntington

About who needs care: My mom has dementia and although I live two houses away, I can't be there all the time. She is fiercely independent and her native language is German. She may occasionally slip into German but speaks English fluently. Over the past week, she seems to recall things that haven't happened and we are concerned about her spending too much time alone, as well I would like someone to make sure she takes all of her medication which I have already sorted into a pill box. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
