About who needs care: Bright and able, but aging father. He needs someone who can grocery shop, cook lunch and dinner and potentially help him with errands/driving every now and then. About the care needs: Someone warm, smart, and maybe even likes an intellectual discussion. Dad is very interesting and has a good sense of humor. Someone who is organized and clean and most importantly kind. He's used to delicious food and CANNOT HAVE ANY SALT. That is the tricky part and opportunity to be creative.
