Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Howard Beach

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father. He is 83 and is recovering from surgery. He has a surgical wound in his abdomen and the care giver must be able to clean around his surgical wound, remove the lodoform packing and place the new packing back in place then cover the wound an ABD pad and paper tape. This procedure must be preformed at the moment 2x a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. In addition to cleaning the would the care giver will need to put my dad in his bed in the evening and get him out of bed in the morning until he regains his strength.
