Helpful would be someone who drives and can do some errands, housekeeping, meal prep, accompanying her for grocery shopping, pharmacy or occasional doctor appointments all nearby. She is very smart and interesting - conversations about local or global issues, she reads The NY Times every day & does the crossword puzzle and watches French News on TV along with other news shows too. She speaks French and English and a little Spanish, but the person should be able to understand English. About the care needs: A good fit is a person who is kind, smart, takes some initiative to help my Aunt but also sensitive to know when to give her space. A person who can engage in some interesting conversations in English or French would be good. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
