My brothers needs someone to take him to two doctors appointment this month. This requires you to have a car. On Tuesday, 12/17 at 3:30 in Woodbury (from Glengariff in Glen Cove). On 12/23, he has a 3:30 appointment in Brentwood. It takes about an hours time to get there. He needs to be escorted because it is a long term rehab facility and they won't let him leave by himself. All you need to do is pick him up and sign him out. There is paperwork that needs to be given to the doctor and returned to the nurse when he returns. Super simple. Thank you, Denise
