Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandfather In Garden City.

About who needs care: My grandfather is 95 who is diagnosed with an on set of early dementia. After undergoing a hospital stay from Aspirating Pneumonia last winter, his mobility has decreased. He currently uses a walker and strictly uses a commode to eliminate any falls in the bathroom due to being off-balanced. He occasionally suffers with incontinence and toileting/personal care assistance is required. He undergoes PT and assistance with light exercises to keep him active would be needed. An extra set of eyes while he watches TV and relaxes would be a great help to our family. All house cleaning, laundry, and meals are prepared by family members, and is not required. Services needed include: Bathing, Mobility assistance, and companionship
