Part-time Senior Care Forest Hills - Long-Term Possibility

I need a senior care provider with experience to help my mother a couple of days a week. Schedule is flexible, may expand as needed. May be long-term if helpful. Care concerns: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation (not driving her but accompanying on access-a-ride trips to appointments). She's had a couple falls recently. Looking for a compassionate companion who enjoys conversation. We may ask you to run errands now and then. Looking for someone ideally living in Queens. Must love dogs. She has a small l terrier who is incredibly playful but a little anxious at outdoor noises. The dog doesn't live with her currently but we may ask you to help her walk the dog if we've dropped the dog off at her apartment for companionship for the day.
