Help needed for my loved one in their 80s - seeking part-time companion care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. The patient lives in a nursing home near my house. At times maybe once a week comes to my house where he would meet us for dinner or just seat around with his daughter and grandchild. The caregiver would assist him with trips to the toilet. Transfer him in and out of wheelchair, feeding and light kitchen help.
