About who needs care: My grandmother had a fall with brain injury back in June. She is leaving rehab soon but still requires 24 hour supervision and help with mobility and toileting. She is currently a contact guard using a walker with PT and requires full assistance with hygiene care. She lives with her significant other, who can help with some tasks but not all, as he is also in his 80s. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
