About who needs care: I am looking for an RN, LPN, or experienced PCT to live with my grandmother full time to assist with her ADLs, medications, and PT/OT. Her Medical history includes diabetes, afib, HTN, in need of physical therapy for bilateral arms/shoulders, and wound care. About the care needs: Looking for someone encouraging and motivating, kind and friendly, especially with multiple family members who are primary caregivers at this time. Ideally someone with experience with diabetes, insulin , wound care, physical therapy/exercises. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
