Seeking Part Time Senior Care Provider In Commack

I am looking for a caregiver on an as needed basis. I need assistance helping me with my wheelchair for appointments when walking is too far for me with my walker. My biggest need is that someone is able to lift my wheelchair in and out of my trunk to help me get to appointments. I drive my own car and my wheelchair is kept in my trunk. It weighs about 40 pounds and I'm not exactly tiny. I need a senior caregiver and experience would be helpful. My care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Heavy Lifting, Companionship to and from appointments. Reliable Transportation to me is required. Thank you
