We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in South Setauket. She is 76 and recently had a heart attack. In addition to her heart, she also has other health conditions. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation and light cooking. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. My father also lives in the home, but is 81 and has memory loss. He is unable to help her with the bathing and medication management.
