Seeking Full-time Licensed Senior Care Provider

I need senior care provider with experience. and NYS license. CNA, LPN, or RN. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Dad is 92 years old and mentally competent and very pleasant. His major limitation are his mobility and balance.
