Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Buffalo

Seeking hands-on care near Buffalo for my mother in her 70s. Some help needed with bathing. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. She has been in and out of the hospital 13 times since September and has become immobile. She has oxygen 24/7 and also has a colostomy bag. She went back to emergency room this morning, so I do not have a status as of yet. She is not comfortable being at home it appears, and needs to know someone is available at all times.
