About who needs care: conditions: congestive heart failure, parkinson's; mobility is becoming limited hobbies: tv, cooking, but tends to sleep a lot now structure: toileted, wash up / bath, dressed, out of bed and sitting for a while, some tv and conversation About the care needs: - calmer demeanor, respectful of elders, able to talk about older shows etc. - able to assist with movement - she is about 90 lbs and can stand but is wobbly and her mobility is contunuing to decrease. Should also be able to help with checking weight, noting breathing or signs of discomfort to inform family - my mom prioritized homemaking. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
