About who needs care: My mom has been diagnosed with cancer. She needs help preparing simple foods for meals, walking throughout the house, meeting daily hygiene and cleaning needs, following through with basic exercises from physical therapist. We are looking for someone warm who can have interesting conversations. About the care needs: We are looking for a warm and responsive person. We want someone who is able to have good conversations. We would like a female who is willing and able to help with showering. We are looking for someone who has experience as a home care aide and who is able to provide 5 references with current phone numbers who are not related/family members. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
