Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Buffalo

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father who is 87 and lives alone. He has a good network of friends, family and neighbors who check in on him but he needs help daily. Light housework, bathroom cleanup, medication reminding, meal prep, refrigerator maintenance (food going bad), grocery shop, companionship, social interaction, potential drives to appts, errands, checking mail, taking garbage out/ in, potential help dressing/ bathing and laundry. He has very bad arthritis in his right knee, he has a really hard time walking- uses cane, walker and his push cart outside. My sister and I live in CA and AZ and are not there on a regular basis.
