Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Brooklyn

My aunt is in her late 80s, partially deaf, and, while she is fairly mobile, she also lives with her cousin (70s), who is also in need of assistance. They have lived together for decades (lifelong bachelorettes) and they need someone to help them at their home during the week. This would include transportation to doctors appointments or accompanying them on foot to get groceries, cooking, personal hygiene, etc. Ideally this person is bilingual in Spanish/English, with reliable transportation, a patient and empathetic communicator, and able to commit to a consistent schedule. Someone with experience caring for folks with dementia or other cognitive impairment would be helpful. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
