12 Hour Shifts - Home Care Needed For My Mother In Brooklyn

Help needed for my mother in her 80s, who at this time is not mobile. This is an agency paid position. The pay is $20 an hour - with up to 40 hours a week available with a day shift and evening shift, transitioning at 8:30am/pm. Ideally, we would like a compassionate team to take on 2- 4 12 hour shifts and also be available for back-up coverage. Responsibilities include supporting all activities of daily living, ADLs. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation, medication administration, sponge bathing when needed, managing a pure wick system, providing companionship, movement and kindness. Hoyer Lift experience is a plus. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with cats. Location makes it easy to use public transportation.
