About who needs care: 93-year-old woman with myriad health conditions. Currently has 24/7 live-in care. Interested in books, culture, politics. Speaks three languages. About the care needs: This job is for someone to synthesize my mother's care. As her children are far away we need a manager who can get along with her and communicate clearly what's going on. The job has been held by an amazing woman who after three years is leaving the area. Candidate must make and modify doctor's appointments, drive her to those appointments and be a trusted companion. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
