Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father

We are looking for several care givers to work split shifts. Our father is currently healing from a broken back in a rehab facility. We are hoping he will be capable of using a walker, however at this moment he is working on standing for longer periods of time. So, he will most likely be in a wheel chair. We were thinking of possibly 2 or 3 caregivers rotating hours. It would be great it we were to find someone with physical therapy experience or occupational therapy experience. At the moment we are just interviewing for the right fit. This person must have their own transportation.
