Looking for good & reliable PA (personal assistant) to provide full assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs). Starting pay is $20 per hour plus benefits (e. g. paid time off, holiday pay, life insurance, etc.) Main duties: Toileting (urinal & bedpan) Showering Dressing Transferring to wheelchair (using patient/Hoyer lift) Brushing teeth Grooming Food prep (cutting it up, putting in place) Light house cleaning Requirements: English speaking Valid Social Security number Non-Smoking Pass state required drug screening test Responsible Professional Clean On time About Me: I am a man, in my 40s with wife & kids, working full time from home & live an active lifestyle. I have SMA Type 2 (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), use a motorized wheelchair & have substantial weakness throughout my body.
