Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Armonk

My grandma, who is 91, lives on her own in Armonk and is now in need of help every day. She needs companionship and help driving and household tasks (see below for specifics). We are looking for Monday to Friday 9 to 5. She likes to chat, so good english is a must :). I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
