About who needs care: in wheelchair. recently broke hip. Need help taking her to doctor's appointment on 10/8. She lives in an assisted living facility that will provide bus transportation to and from the office. But I will need someone to ride with her on the bus and then get her from the bus into and out of the doctor's office. Services needed include: transportation.
