Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Albany

About who needs care: My aunt is well educated and interested in current events. She is somewhat hard of hearing and does have hearing aids. She has recently been hospitalized for a fall (broker her ankle) and heart issues. She is in rehabilitation right now, but will need some consistent care when she comes home. She likes to go to a physical therapist 2x a week. She needs transportation there and back. She uses a walker to get around. Need some help with meals. She sleeps on and off during the day. She has 2 cats. About the care needs: Someone who likes conversation but also likes quiet time, someone who is patient, friendly, and able to deal with person who can be stubborn. My aunt likes flowers, plants, gardening (no longer can do this), art, books, current events, etc. She needs to connect with a person who will be there for her. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
