Assistance For Parents To Dr Appt And Light Errands And Checking On

I am looking for someone to help both my parents at different time since they live separate. Mother is 70, lives in memory care home. I would only need someone to put eyes on her and inventory items at her group home once a month and take her to any dr appointments that may be needed. I do need someone to see father who is in independent living who could pick up meds, possibly shop as needed. Possibly be there as he bathes so he doesn't fall and just assist with dressing if needed. He is pretty independent but is afraid of doing anything without falling. I need eyes on him a couple times a week. Light housekeeping like laundry, grocery lists, supplies and report to me. Most important need someone that can take him to Dr appointments that he needs asap. He uses a walker, wheelchair and scooter at different times
