About who needs care: Dad is in failing health due to CHF and kidney failure. The task of caring for him has become too much for his wife. He can't dress or shower by himself. He's become mostly silent unless he's irriated or doesn't want to cooperate. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
