Hands-On Overnight Sleep/On-Call Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate care giver to provide in-home care for my 80-year-old mother in South Reno, who has mid-stage dementia. Responsibilities include assisting with on demand (call button) during sleeping hour wake-ups and morning out of bed activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care and offer reliable, compassionate support. References and prior caregiving experience are required. Shift: 12 hours Fri, Sat, Sun overnights from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. She will be in bed on arrival. Wakeups are typically one per evening at 3:30 a.m. and out of bed at 6:30 a.m. Purwick is in use. Ability to support occasional needs during weeknights to support travel as needed. Pay commensurate with ability to sleep during shift and only be on call.
