Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Reno

About who needs care: I am recently widowed, as wife died last April 1. I am on Warfarin every day for the rest of my life, and BP meds 2. I am interested in Bridge, finance, and investing 3. My ADL's are all ok now, however I need much help with household chores, bookkeeping, organization, cooking and general household projects. About the care needs: female, with a REAL personality (not someone that tries to please) - I need real! Perhaps they could do my pill management, and uses common sense for solutions. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
