Hands-on Care Needed

About who needs care: my 87 years old mother has alzheimers/dementia and is a fall risk but still tries her best to be independent and loves to talk to people about her grand children, and past life adventures although her conversation is hard to follow and talks to the television, and thinks they talk back to her and know her. they would need to have my mom do some minimal exercise instead of allowing her to sit and watch television which my mom prefers to do ( and gives a million and one excuses why she cannot attempt to move around) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
