Private family is seeking full or part time Caregiver for our 71-year-old male brother who is living alone in the front living area of his home. brother is non-ambulatory and has a rapid cycling bipolar condition with extreme highs and lows. Caregiver to use hoyer lift to transfer and accompany patient via RTA bus outings. Position includes free housing in exchange for managing the household affairs, including grocery shopping and regularly available for after hour emergencies throughout the week. Resident employee (or couple) will have full access to all the home amenities including residing in the master bedroom suite, large 2 person bathroom, 8x10 closet, garage, back yard and barbecue areas. Also, full access to community pool, spa, clubhouse, weekly social activates, fitness room, game rooms, pool tables, tennis & pickleball courts.
