I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. And has experience in foot pedicures. He has poor circulation and is dealing with cold, swollen feet as a side effect of a medication. He has been responding to warm foot baths in salts and moisturizing the swollen feet.
