Hands-on Care Needed For My Father .

Seeking night-time hands-on care for my father who is 82 and has dementia and Parkinson's. Hours are through the night from evening (8pm) until early morning (4 a.m. ) I need coverage 7 days a week but can split that between multiple people. , so cooking, general housekeeping and medication management are already provided. He needs additional observation and care at night when staffing is low. Assistance with bathing, dressing and toileting is one of the requirements.
