Companionship For My Dad

I am looking for a companion for my dad that has transportation so when he is ready can take him to his day care twice a week. And then work three days at seven hours. I will pay for the gas on those days and there would still be three hours in the morning. For right now I need someone that I can pay 14 an hour. He does not require any hands on care. Just someone to be in the home. He dresses himself and eats as well. But he wanders if left alone. Most of the time he is up in his room watching tv and comes down to watch tv when he wants. No cleaning no bathing and no feeding. Just to sit at the house and watch tv with him.
