Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Las Vegas

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Companionship. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. I need someone to stay with her at a rehab facility to make sure she doesn't stand up on a broken ankle. This would be done with verbal reminders and distractions and calling nurse button when she needs anything. She has dementia so I need someone who is caring but firm with her about not standing up on her legs. Use distractions to get her mind off of going home. This is during the day. At night, she pretty much sleeps through the night.
